Our Bible Fellowship Groups

Our Bible Fellowship Groups (BFGs) provide a place to build relationships.  A BFG is a place to learn and grow together as you discover Biblical truths that can be applied to everyday life.  We have a number of different BFGs, including a Bible Fellowship Prayer Group, meeting throughout the week. Current BFGs for adults being offered:

Sundays @ 9:00 a.m. : Two BFGs meet for 40 minutes. One usually studies and discusses a particular book of the Bible. The other follows the Standard Sunday School Lesson curriculum.

Sundays @ 5:15 p.m. : This is a Bible Fellowship Prayer Group that meets for one hour. It's emphasis is the learning about and practice of prayer. A new prayer guide is developed each week that uses printed Scriptures to guide our prayers following ACTS outline: Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving and Supplication/Intercession. The group is usually facilitated by the preaching minister. Praying aloud is not required, though many choose to do so. FCC believes that everything regarding the church should be empowered by prayer. The Lord's Supper is also served to those unable to participate during the morning worship service.

Tuesdays @ 6:00 p.m. at Williams Apartments in Owensville: This BFG also follows the Standard Sunday School Lesson curriculum. Though most who attend live at Williams Apartments, residency is not a requirement to be a participant in this BFG. This class generally lasts approximately one hour.

Wednesdays @ 6:30 p.m.: This BFG typically lasts one hour. Various Biblical topics are studied and discussed throughout the year.
